Summary: I came back with a huge victory today. At work I stacked the burlap coffee bags myself, which is something I didn't even think I was capable of. They're 180 pounds of shifting weight. I actually managed to stack them 3 and 4 high on pallets. Today I earned my Rocky Balboa moniker.
I weighed in at 171, which is a new record. With all that crazy lifting, it's completely possible that tomorrow I'll be at 170 or 169. I did all the normal stuff. Additionally, I cleaned up in the kitchen, did some misc. admin, and bought a wireless card. That should save me 40$ a month.
